Anna believes that the real gift of yoga is in attuning us to the beauty around us and bringing connection into every single part and fragment of our being. For Anna, the practice illuminates us from the inside, shedding light on darker areas so we can see more clearly, so we feel better within our bodies, and so we are open to the world around us. Her teachings help you find joy in the unique combination of movement and breath and, calm and connection from the contact with the ground. Her classes are playful, sometimes challenging and intuitive. Movement and steadiness are balanced to help you find more equilibrium in your body. Her classes compliment healthy alignment in your body, for Anna yoga is not about performing specific shapes (as every body will look different in every shape) but instead about fully inhabiting your body. Her classes help you deepen your connection holistically to yourself so that you are able to elevate and expand. Anna’s classes are fluid and creative, they combine ancient wisdom with modern science. She is inspired by the natural world and by each and every person that comes to her class. Yoga is for every body and everybody is welcome.

MASSAGE WITH ANNA
Anna originally trained as a massage therapist 8 years ago after slowly rehabbing her own shoulder injury. She is passionate about helping people on their healing journey and bringing the body back into balance. Originally, she trained in sports and remedial massage. She spent years working alongside physiotherapists in the Alps treating a range of different injuries. Her way of working has deepened and become more holistic as she discovered other modalities of massage including; Thai Massage, Lymphatic Drainage Massage, myofascial techniques and aromatherapy.
Treatments are always unique. Anna uses a range of different techniques to help relax the body, ease restrictions and bring more balance into the body. Her treatments are great to address specific injuries, to help adjust postural problems and also to completely indulge yourself and fully relax. After a treatment with Anna you feel balanced, restored and refreshed. Each treatment also includes aftercare advice to empower you with knowledge so that you can understand your body better, are able to prevent future injuries and stay balanced.
