I find joy in the unique combination of movement and breath and I find calm and connection from in the gentle tuning into the present moment through this ancient practice. My love for all of the limbs on this ancient eightfold path of yoga has transformed my life. I have been teaching yoga all over the world for over 8 years and am now settled in Cornwall. My yoga training started in 2012 when I immersed myself in traditional hatha yoga in India. My practice developed and I took further training studying with the world renowned, Meghan Currie. My classes are playful and intuitive, balancing movement and steadiness. They are designed to compliment healthy alignment in your body. I am inspired by the natural world I observe around me and also by each and every person that comes to my class. Yoga is for every body and everybody is welcome.

MASSAGE WITH ANNA
I have been a registered massage therapist for the past 8 years and I am very passionate about helping people on their healing journey. Originally I trained in sports and remedial massage and worked alongside physiotherapists treating specific injuries. I have since become more holistic in my approach as I discovered and been influenced by other modalities of massage including; Thai Massage, Lymphatic Drainage Massage and myofascial techniques.
The treatment that I give is always unique to the individual. During treatments, I use a range of different techniques to help relax the body, ease restrictions and bring more balance into the body. My treatments are great to address specific injuries, help adjust postural problems and also if you just want to completely indulge yourself and relax. After a treatment, you should feel balanced, restored and refreshed. I will also include detailed aftercare to empower you with enough knowledge so that you can understand your body better and so you will understand how to help you heal yourself.
I offer a range of different massage treatments which will be tailored specifically to you.
I also offer treatment plans for specific conditions and yearly massage plans to keep your health on track.
